Our amber maple syrup has a rich taste and moderate maple flavor. You'll notice more of a brown sugar taste.
 
Our amber maple syrup received a score of 83% in the La Grande Sève 2024 competition organized by the Fondation de la Commanderie de l'Érable. This result is higher than the average score awarded to participants from our region and from all regions of Quebec combined.
