Purchase and Delivery Policy

This Purchase and Order Delivery/Collection Policy describes the guidelines and procedures for purchasing products on our website www.vignoblehemmingford.com and collecting your orders through our pick-up service. It also outlines our return, exchange and refund policy. 


Legal obligation

According to the Alcoholic Beverages Offences Act, a minor may not purchase alcohol for himself or herself or for another person, and a person of legal age may not purchase alcohol for a minor.  Hemmingford Winery has the right to require identification to ensure that the purchaser and the person taking possession of the alcoholic products are not minors. 

 


Prices

Prices shown include sales tax (GST/QST) and excise duty. 

 


To order

Add the products of your choice to the shopping cart, proceed to the checkout page, enter your contact information for billing, indicate your availability for order pickup, accept the Terms and Conditions and make your payment.

 

Any retailer holding a liquor license must use this site for information purposes only as to the nature and availability of the wines. For purchases or other inquiries, please contact us by telephone at (514) 726-0414 or by e-mail at vignoblehemmingford@gmail.com.


 
Delivery points for pick-up by appointment

Pick-up is by appointment only. The pick-up delivery point is located at the vineyard at the following address:

Order confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the details of your order.

 

 

Pick-up appointments

If you have indicated your availability in the purchase form on our website, we will contact you within five (5) working days to confirm the appointment.

 

Otherwise, you can contact us as soon as you receive the order confirmation e-mail to schedule a pick-up appointment at the winery. If a message is left, we'll get back to you within 48 hours.

Refunds and claims

Orders not claimed within ten (10) days of the scheduled pick-up date will be refunded.

 

If you receive a corked bottle of wine, it will be replaced according to availability or refunded if the product is out of stock. The request and return of the bottle must be made within six (6) months of the pick-up date.

 

As our wines are lightly sulphited, we strongly recommend that you consume our products within a reasonable time. They should be stored in a cool, slightly damp place with a minimum of light.

 

Except for corked wines returned within six (6) months of the harvest date, Hemmingford Winery accepts no responsibility after delivery.
