ABOUT US
VIGNOBLE HEMMINGFORD
Our Story
Our story is first and foremost a love story: the love of a picturesque region, of wine and of the land.
Marked by the values of loyalty, fidelity and authenticity, this story is set in Hemmingford, a land granted by the British Crown in 1799 to the first Loyalist settlers who were ready to defend it from a potential American invasion.
Thanks to its favourable soil and the warmer temperatures of the south of the province, this land is the ideal place for viticulture.
In 2017, Benoit Labelle, an accomplished businessman and entrepreneur in the construction industry, took on the challenge of producing and marketing quality wines on the family land to contribute to the growth of Quebec wines on the global scene.
More than a personal project, it is a family project that he cultivates daily with his wife Dominique who specializes in marketing.
This project, initially launched on a very small scale, has been growing ever since and will soon include nearly 3,500 vines. The wines are on the market since July 2024. They are available on site and eventually in various specialty stores and restaurants.

The cultivation and marketing of wines in an entirely environmentally responsible manner.
-
A glorious future for Quebec wines on a global scale.
