Why 100% Vitis vinifera?
Because we're real wine “fanatics”, but not just any wines! Harmonious, well-balanced, classic wines that bring out the typicity of each grape variety. Vitis vinifera are renowned for producing such wines.
It's a bold choice, especially in the face of Quebec's harsh winters, but we've decided to take up the challenge of producing these famous classic 100% Vitis vinifera wines on our family land and exploiting the exceptional potential of our Quebec terroir, particularly in our beautiful Hemmingford region. Who knows, maybe our wines will make those overseas blush with envy!
By devoting ourselves exclusively to a limited number of grape varieties, we can focus on research and innovation in the cultivation and vinification of these grape varieties to ensure the continuous improvement of our wines.
