Collected with spouts and buckets, our maple water is then boiled for hours and hours in our wood-fired evaporator.
 
Its rich, unique taste comes from the traditional artisanal method, but also from the fact that we set the sugar content at 67 degrees Brix, one degree higher than the industry standard.
